Replacement batteries for notebooks in the c’t test – cheap cordless replicas are sufficient

Instead of buying expensive originals from the manufacturers, you can save up to two thirds of the price with cheap imitations. In the test by computer magazine c’t (issue 11/10), the cheap replacement Dell Vostro 1510 battery have proven effective.
“The capacity is partly a little less, but the weight of the price difference at all”, says c’t editor Rudolf Opitz. “Some replicas have in our test even performed better than the original.” Is important, however, where to buy its new battery: The shop should have a complete address in the imprint are.
