Battery power operation is not loaded and not recognized solution
Von laptop, 04:48I have a Dell Inspiron 1720 battery And when I plugged in the charger, the battery icon says "10% (connected, not charging)" and when I unplug the cable, the laptop shuts off immediately. This problem can be solved, and if so, how? I bought this new laptop about 6 months. The detailed information below:
Plugged-in-not-shop
The battery can not be seen free of charge or have been infected by four factors:
* 1 The Dell Vostro 1500 battery failed
* 2 The adapter has failed (not recharge the battery)
* 3 The motherboard is charging electrical circuit failure (caused by many short damage). You can read more info here: Dell Motherboard problem
* 4 The notebook's BIOS is too old to recognize the battery
After I checked my battery and adapter and confirm they are good. Then I try to repair it yourself. My HP Pavilion DV5 Battery Fixed by me.
The first solution: I am looking at google: Repairer of another site suggested that while the computer is turned on and plugged in, to disconnect the adapter from the mains and then plug it in again. To verify that the computer can start charging.
So I removed the laptop battery from the laptop and left the power cord is connected to boot up on the lead alone until I got to boot up on the situation in Windows 7, at which point I then the Dell Vostro 1510 battery returns to the computer while it is still on. It worked and a bit uncertain, while for most people, I would not recommend this idea unless you absolutely had to, that is, if there is no other choice.
You can download the latest BIOS from dell.com and then the BIOS: The second solution. But I do not want to update BIOS, so I need another way to get the power manager on my system to recognize. :)
I open my laptop device manager (usually a right click on your computer / workstation) and remove all Dell Inspiron 1501 battery-like devices from Device Manager. Then, after you have done this, again right click and "Scan for Changes," which should install the correct service and allow your notebook again for free. See more information in the image below.
